Gérard Lacz is a French wildlife photographer renowned for his captivating images of wild animals. From the outset, he focused on wildlife photography, collaborating with various specialist magazines and books. In 1989, he founded his own photographic agency, which he ran until 2004 before devoting himself fully to his travels and photography.

His work covers a wide range of species and environments, from European forests to Australian deserts. His iconic images include red kangaroos, meerkats in Namibia, fawns in Normandy, young koalas and orcas at sea. His photographs are regularly published in specialist books and magazines.
